ABOUT: Wild Mindfulness runs weekly
mindfulness tours in the Wombat State Forest where the focus is on relaxing,
unwinding and connecting back to nature. The guided hike includes lots of
information and inspiration for you to develop your own Mindfulness practice
whilst also giving you the space to enjoy the calming forest environment. The
half day tour includes two guided meditations, guided hike, nature activity and
a light picnic.


Daylesford has undergone many changes through the years but always remains a delightful place for relaxation, recreation and business.

Being only a short distance from Melbourne means you can be done in the day or of course you are welcome to stay as long as you like and explore the surrounding towns .
